What Airgent does
Airgent deploys AI agents for healthcare work and sets each deployment up with you. See the two jobs available today and what isn't available yet.
Purpose
Airgent is the execution layer for healthcare operations. It deploys AI agents that carry out work a person would otherwise carry between systems, such as answering patients and drafting consultation notes. Airgent sets up each deployment with you, and the Airgent harness controls what every agent may do and when a person takes over.
Before you start
each agent does one job. Two jobs are available today, both for healthcare: Front Office
and Scribe.
today the agents work in Keel, Airgent's clinic application. Their results appear in Keel's
Inbox, Appointments and consultation notes.
there's no self-service setup. The Airgent team sets up your deployment with you, and changes it
with you.

Soyour team handles the exceptions the agents pass on, rather than every request.
a doctor reviews and signs every Scribe note. No setting removes that step.
some approvals can be set for your clinic, such as asking staff to confirm before an agent moves
or cancels a visit.
Not available yet
connecting agents to your own systems, such as an EMR or HIS, is not available. The agents
work in Keel only.
a public API for Airgent is not available.
run history and monitoring of the agents' work are not available. You check their work in
Keel's Inbox and Appointments, as shown in
Confirm what the agent did.
the Front Office agent offers the services you've approved on Keel's rate card, and books them
with the doctors who perform them. It doesn't quote your fees.
checking a patient in, recall and other jobs are not available.
Airgent doesn't send appointment confirmations or reminders to patients yet.
Checked against Airgent's current product description, its accepted architecture and the product source on 2026-10-11. Not yet observed in a live deployment.
