Purpose
Keel, by Airgent, is a clinic application with AI agents built in. Your team runs the clinic day in Keel, and the agents take on part of the front desk and the note-writing. This page shows what each part of Keel is for, so you know where to start.
Before you start
what you can open and change depends on your role: Owner, Doctor, Front Desk or
Finance.
every new clinic starts on a 14-day trial. The trial includes Scribe but not the Front Office
agents.
the Airgent team connects your clinic's WhatsApp and phone line. You can't connect them yourself
in Keel.
What's in Keel

Somost daily work starts on Today, Appointments and Inbox. Setup starts in Settings and Team.
Not available yet
Keel doesn't send appointment confirmations, reminders or intake forms to patients yet. Your
team tells the patient.
checking in through WhatsApp is not available. The desk checks patients in on Today.
the phone agent can't put a caller through to a person during the call. It takes a message for
your team.
Recall, which brings patients back when they're due, is not available yet.
reports and practice insights are not available yet.
