Set up a new clinic in Keel by answering a few short questions after your first sign-in.

Purpose

Use this when your clinic is new to Keel. You answer a few short questions, and Keel creates your clinic with you as its Owner.

Before you start

if someone at your clinic already uses Keel, don't create a clinic. Ask them to invite you, then follow Join your team.

you'll need the right to accept agreements for this clinic.

Steps

Step 1: Open Set up your clinic

Dosign in to Keel for the first time.

You'll seeSet up your clinic, and below the form Signed in as with your email address.

if that isn't the address you want, select Not you? Switch and sign in again.

Step 2: Find your clinic

Dounder 1 · YOUR CLINIC, type at least three letters in Search your clinic on Google, then pick your clinic.

You'll see✓ FOUND ON GOOGLE with your clinic's name and address.

not listed? Select Not on Google? Enter it yourself and fill in Clinic name and City.

Step 3: Tell Keel about you

Dounder 2 · YOU, choose your title, type your full name, and under What you do choose Doctor, Clinic manager or Other.

Sothis describes your work. You're the clinic's Owner whichever you choose.

choosing Doctor lets you write prescriptions from day one.

Step 4: Verify your WhatsApp, if asked

Doif the form shows 3 · YOUR WHATSAPP, enter your mobile number, select Send code, type the code you get on WhatsApp, then select Verify.

You'll seeVERIFIED next to the section.

if the form has no WhatsApp section, skip this step.

Step 5: Accept the agreement

Dounder AGREEMENT, tick I am authorised to accept for your clinic, and tick I accept the Terms, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

the document links open in a new tab. Select Back to sign-up to return.

Step 6: Create your clinic

Doselect Create my clinic.

You'll seeCreating your clinic…, then Keel opens inside your new clinic.

while the button is grey, the line under it names the first missing answer, for example Tick both boxes to continue.

Result

You'll seeToday, with your clinic's name in the top bar.

Soyour clinic exists and your trial has started. Its terms were shown on the form, marked No card required.

If it doesn't work

If you see: Google search isn't available right now. Enter your clinic below.Type the clinic's name and city (step 2)
If you see: Sign-up opens soon.Our team will call you to set up. If our team invited you, carry on
If you see: Someone just took that name. Tap Create again.Select Create my clinic again
If you see: The agreement was just updated. Refresh to read the new version.Select Refresh, read the new version and answer the form again
If you see: Verify your WhatsApp number again.Verify your number again (step 4)
If you see: Too many tries from this network. Try again in a few minutesWait the time shown, then select Create my clinic
If you see: Your sign-in expired. Sign in again to finish.Select Sign in. You come back to this form
If you see: Couldn't reach Airgent. Check your connection and tap Create again. Nothing was saved twice.Check your connection and select Create my clinic again
If you see: A clinic already exists for this account.Select Refresh. Keel opens the clinic you already created

Limits

each account can create one clinic. To work in a clinic that already uses Keel, be invited to it instead.

you can't pick a plan here. Sign-up starts the trial shown on the form.

your specialty and the rest of your clinic's details are set later, in clinic setup.

Verification details

Checked against the Keel product source and in the live product on 2026-10-09. Clinic setup, where you add your specialty later, was observed. The sign-up form, its messages and creating a clinic were not exercised.
