Sign in to Keel
Sign in with Google, Apple or an emailed code. The first sign-in also creates your account.
Purpose
Use this to get into Keel, whether it's your first time or your hundredth. There is no separate sign-up: the first time you sign in, Keel creates your account.
Before you start
if your clinic invited you, sign in with the exact email address they invited.
if you're setting up a new clinic, any Google account, Apple account or email address you
check works.
Steps
Step 1: Open the sign-in page
Doopen Keel's sign-in page in your browser, on a phone, tablet or computer.
You'll seeContinue with Google and Email me a 6-digit code. On a Mac, iPhone or iPad you'll also see
Continue with Apple.
Step 2: Continue with Google or Apple
Doselect Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, then choose your account on the screen that
opens.
You'll seeRedirecting…, then Keel opens.
SoKeel uses the email address on that account to find your clinic.
Step 3: Or sign in with an email code
Doselect Email me a 6-digit code, type your Clinic email, then select Email me a code.
You'll seeEnter your code. and the address the code went to.
Dotype the code from your email under 6-digit code, then select Verify & sign in.
the code comes by email. Keel doesn't send sign-in codes by SMS or WhatsApp.
Result
You'll seeToday, with your clinic's name in the top bar, and its city if your clinic has one set.
Soyou're signed in to that clinic. If the name isn't the clinic you expected, see
Limits.
If it doesn't work
Check what you see after signing in.
- If you see: That code is wrong or expired. Check it, or resend a new one.Select Resend code and use the newest code
- If you see: Set up your clinic, but your clinic invited youDon't create a clinic. Check the Signed in as address, then see Join your team
- If you see: You don't have access to a clinic.See Understand why clinic access was removed

Limits
Continue with Apple appears only on Apple devices. On other devices, use Google or an email
code.
signing in with a phone number is not available.
one sign-in opens one clinic. Switching between clinics from inside Keel is not
available yet.
Checked against the Keel product source and in the live product on 2026-10-09. The sign-in options on the sign-in page and the clinic name in the top bar were observed. Signing in, the email code steps, the Apple button on other devices and the error messages were not exercised.
