Join your team
Join your clinic in Keel by signing in with the email address your Owner invited.
Purpose
Use this when your clinic's Owner has added you to Keel. There's no invitation link to click: you join by signing in with the email address they invited.
Before you start
your Owner must have invited you first, with your email address and your role.
don't create a new clinic. That makes a separate clinic, not a place in your team's.
Steps
Step 1: Confirm the invited email
Doask your Owner which email address they invited.
SoKeel recognises you only by that address. Any other address opens an empty account.
Step 2: Sign in with that email
Dosign in to Keel with Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Email me a 6-digit code, using an
account with the invited address.
You'll seeToday, with your clinic's name in the top bar.
Soyou've joined, with the role and centre your Owner chose.
if you used Keel at this clinic before, your Owner can add you back and you can sign in
straight away.
Result
You'll seeyour clinic's name in the top bar, and only the parts of Keel your role allows.
if you're a doctor, your Owner turns on prescribing for you after you join.
If it doesn't work
Check in this order.
- If you see: Set up your clinicDon't fill it in. Check the address after Signed in as. If it isn't the invited one, select Not you? Switch and sign in with the right one (step 1)
- If you see: Set up your clinic, with the invited addressAsk your Owner to check the invite is still pending and that your role has a free seat on the plan, then sign in again
- If you see: You don't have access to a clinic.See Understand why clinic access was removed
- Working: Today with your clinic's nameDone
Limits
the email address must match the invite exactly. Upper and lower case don't matter.
if you choose to hide your email when you continue with Apple, the address won't match the
invite. Use another sign-in method instead.
one sign-in opens one clinic. Joining a second clinic with the same address is not
available.
Checked against the Keel product source and in the live product on 2026-10-09. The role names and the Owner-granted prescribing setting were observed. Inviting, joining by sign-in and the messages in the checklist were not exercised.
