Make a service bookable
Add a service to your rate card and approve it, so your Front Office agents can offer and book it.
Purpose
Your Front Office agents can offer a service only when it is on your rate card, has a price and a description, has its AI read-back approved, and at least one doctor performs it. This guide takes one service through all of that.
Before you start
only the clinic Owner can add or change services. Everyone else sees the rate card marked
VIEW ONLY.
at least one doctor must be on your team, because a service needs someone who performs it.
have a short, plain description ready: what the service covers, and what it is not.
Steps
Step 1: Open the rate card
Doon Today, select Rate card, then + Add service.
You'll seea new service form with Service name, Description, Category, How long and Price.
Step 2: Describe the service
Dofill in Service name, Description and Price. Choose Consultation or Procedure, and add How long
if you use it.
Soagents match what a patient asks for by reading your description, so say what it covers and what it
doesn't.
if you leave How long empty, the clinic default is used.
Step 3: Choose who performs it
Dounder Who performs it, keep each doctor who performs this service ticked, and untick anyone who
doesn't.
Soagents offer this service only with the doctors you tick.
a new service starts with every doctor ticked. Save service stays unavailable until the
required fields are filled.
Step 4: Save the service
Doselect Save service.
You'll seeWriting what the AI understood… on the new row.
SoKeel is writing down, in plain words, what it thinks this service is, so you can check it before any
agent uses it.
Step 5: Approve what the AI understood
Doselect the service, then See what the AI understood ›. Read COVERS, PATIENTS SAY and NOT. If
it's right, select Approve. If not, select Fix wording, correct it, then Save & approve.
You'll seethe row marked Agents can offer this, followed by who performs it, for example
· both doctors perform it ›.
Soyour Front Office agents can now offer and book this service with the doctors you ticked.
you can't approve until there is at least one phrase under PATIENTS SAY.
Result
You'll seethe service shows Agents can offer this and is listed under the Front desk agents tab.
You'll seeswitching SHOWING from Everyone to one doctor shows Agents can book this with followed by
that doctor's name.
Sothis is what the agents themselves can see. It is not just a check that the form looks complete.
If it doesn't work
Check the service's status line. Keel shows only the first problem, so fix it and check again.
