Why an agent cannot offer a service
Work through the checks, in order, that decide whether your Front Office agents can offer and book a service.
Purpose
Your Front Office agents can offer a service only when every check below passes. On the rate card, each service's status line shows the first check that fails. Fix that one, look at the line again, and carry on down the list until it reads Agents can offer this.
To start: on Today, select Rate card, keep SHOWING on Everyone, and find the service.

Good to know: rows marked 10 come from the agents' own check, so any one of them can appear once rows 2–9 pass.
Good to know: Agents can offer this is the agents' own answer, not just a check that the form looks complete. A service can read Agents can offer this for the clinic and still not be bookable with one doctor.
Checked against the Keel product source and in the live product on 2026-10-09. The View only mark, the Off, Needs your review and Agents can offer this statuses and the Front desk agents tab were observed. The other statuses, a doctor's own view and booking through an agent were not exercised.
