What to do when a draft does not appear

• If you see: The screen still shows Writing the note… or another processing stepGive it a few minutes. You can leave: the note will be waiting on the consultation.
• If you see: The screen said The save didn't go through.The recording is still on this device. Select Try again. Recover from interrupted recording
• If you see: You came back to the consultation and see the processing screenThat's expected. It picks up where it was and doesn't record again.
• If you see: Could not composeSelect Retry. The recording and transcript are kept. Typing the note yourself on this screen isn't available yet.
• If you see: Your clinic hasn't reached its AI-note limitA trial includes 10 AI notes. At the limit, Keel keeps the recording and transcript but doesn't write the note, and this screen doesn't say why. Request an upgrade, then select Retry.
• If you see: Not back yet (after ten minutes)Select Retry. If it says the note is still being worked on, keep waiting.
• If you see: Could not read backThe note was written. Select Reload to open it.
• If you see: Signed outSign in again, then open the consultation to see whether the note was written. Recover a sign-in problem
• If you see: Not foundThe consultation no longer exists, so the note has nowhere to go. Nothing on this screen can fix it. If you didn't expect that, report a problem.
• If you see: The recording was deleted at the patient's requestNo note is drafted from a deleted recording. Select Write the note on the deletion screen (Withdraw audio consent and check cleanup)
• Working: The draft opensDone. Review a generated note

Good to know: on a trial, a banner shows your usage when you're close to the limit, for example 8 of 10 AI notes used.

Good to know: a recovered recording marked This recording is missing a speaker never gets a draft. Writing the note by hand on the web isn't available yet (Write a note manually).
