Resolve medicine review blockers
Fix each medicine Keel marked when it refused to sign your note.
Purpose
Keel won't sign a note while a medicine is incomplete or unchecked. It says Not signed · 1 medicine needs you (or the number of medicines) and marks each one with a blue bar. Saving a draft is never blocked.
Keel checks only that each medicine has a dose, frequency and duration, and that its name has been checked. It doesn't check whether the dose is right. Fix each marked medicine, then sign again.
Checklist
- If you see: dose, freq or days is emptyType it in. Every medicine needs all three.
- If you see: LOW CONFIDENCE or UNVERIFIED SPEAKERSelect ✓ to keep it as written, or ✕ to take it out of the note (check what needs review)
- If you see: Matched on sound, not on the name — check itCheck the medicine Keel proposed. If it's right, select ✓. If not, choose another option or search for the right one (Add and review medicines).

Checked against the Keel product source and in the live product on 2026-10-11. No row on this page was observed. A refused sign-off, the marked medicines and their fixes were not exercised.
